Taken, exported and blogged during my SEA-KEF flight, the lights became visible just after sunset when the western sky was not completely dark.

This is not the first time I was photographing the auroras from a flight. It’s not easy to get a satisfactory view out an airplane window in dark, when the double pane window reflects the tiniest light source in the cabin. More than photographing its the joy of watching the lights that makes me happy.
